# How to Trade on UniSat Marketplace

UniSat Marketplace makes it easy to buy and sell Bitcoin-native assets like brc-20, Runes, Alkanes, Names, and Collections—all in a decentralized, non-custodial way. This guide is for general reference. For the best results, please follow the current UI and make decisions based on your actual needs.

### Step 1: Access the Marketplace

* Go to the official UniSat website: <https://unisat.io>
* Connect your wallet

### How to Buy Assets？&#x20;

On the homepage, select the **asset category** you want to trade from the top menu (e.g., brc-20, Alkanes, Runes, Collections etc.)

1. Under **brc-20**, browse the ticker leaderboard or use the search bar on the right to find the ticker you want.

   ***⚠️ Double-check the ticker name to avoid choosing a similarly named asset.***

2. Click on the desired ticker to enter its trading detail page. You can also sort listed orders by price, either from highest to lowest or lowest to highest.

3. View all current listings for that asset. Select the amount and price you prefer and click **Buy**.

* You can also use the slider at the bottom left to batch purchase multiple listings.

4. On the order confirmation page, double-check: **ticker name, price, and amount**. Click **Confirm**, complete the wallet signature, and the asset will be yours.

✅ Tip: You can also access Buy options via your **My Assets** page:

* Go to the "**My Orders**" tab at the top right of the Marketplace homepage.
* Click **Assets** to see your full asset portfolio.
* Select any ticker and click **Buy** to proceed.

### How to List (Sell) Assets

Go to the [UniSat Marketplace homepage](https://unisat.io/market) and connect your wallet.

1. Click the **yellow icon** labeled **My Assets**.

* In the dropdown, find the brc-20 ticker you want to sell and click **List**.

2. Select the ticker and click **List** to enter a price.

3. Set your ideal sell price, then click **List** and confirm the signature.

* *Note: Due to how brc-20 works, you’ll need to inscribe a TRANSFER before listing. If prompted, simply click **Inscribe TRANSFER** as directed on the interface and wait for the inscription to complete before listing.*

### How to Update or Unlist a Sell Order

Go to **My Orders** from the top navigation.

1. Find the order you want to update or remove.
2. Click **Update** to change the price, or **Unlist** to cancel the listing.
