# UniSat Credits

## What is Credits? <a href="#id-5b65" id="id-5b65"></a>

Credit is a ‘virtual’ FB that can be used towards service fee offset and other benefits across our products. It is designed to reward users who have been long-term supporters and have made significant contributions to our network.

Please note that **Credit is not an on-chain asset. It is non-transferable, non-tradable, and can only be used within the UniSat ecosystem.**

The first batch of eligible addresses that will receive the Credits includes miners that have successfully mined blocks during Fractal Testnet, early testers of brc20 swap on Bitcoin mainnet, and users who had difficulties with claim during the Fractal Bitcoin Mainnet Bootstrap Program.

## How Does Credits Work? <a href="#id-6221" id="id-6221"></a>

Credits can be used to offset Rollup Fee on InSwap and to offset service fees in UniSat Inscribe & Marketplace, replacing the FB or BTC you would typically use. When trading on InSwap or inscribing, simply select “Credits” for rollup fee deductions.

Over time, we plan to expand the use of these Credits to other UniSat services, such as UniSat Inscribe, UniSat Marketplace, and other features in the future.

## Eligibility for Credits <a href="#id-6dfb" id="id-6dfb"></a>

Users eligible to receive **Goodwill Credit** include:

1. **Initially eligible users who were later unable to claim during the Fractal Bitcoin Mainnet Bootstrap Program**

* 90FB worth of credit in total for each address, with 15FB credits distributed monthly over six consecutive months.

**2. Miner addresses that participated in Fractal Testnet mining and successfully mined blocks:**

* Credit will be distributed based on the total number of successful blocks mined. Each block is worth 0.5 FB. For addresses that mined fewer than 40 blocks (inclusive), a minimum threshold of 20 FB worth of credit will be granted. The maximum cap is 1500 FB per address. Addresses with 0 blocks mined will not be eligible for this benefit.
* For addresses eligible to receive more than 20 FB worth of Credits, the Credits will be distributed monthly with a cap of 20 FB worth of Credits each month until the full amount is dispersed.
* If you are a Fractal testnet miner who has mined blocks but has not received any credits, please contact us and create a ticket on Discord <http://discord.gg/unisat>

**3. Addresses that participated in early testing of the brc20-swap on the Bitcoin Mainnet:**

* 20 FB worth of credit for each address, distributed monthly over six consecutive months.

**4. Addresses with 1,000 or more UniSat Points:**

* If you have 1000 or more UniSat Points, you’re eligible to receive a total of 60FB worth of credit, with 10 FB Credits distributed monthly over six consecutive months.

**Note:** Monthly Credits not claimed in the current month will expire when next month’s Credits become available.
